At Timber Oak Floor, we offer secure and flexible payment options to make your shopping experience smooth and convenient.

Credit/Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe, a leading payment gateway. Stripe ensures industry-standard security and fraud protection. Your card information is never stored on our servers.

Zip – Buy Now, Pay Later
We also accept payments via Zip, which allows you to purchase now and pay later in installments. This is ideal for customers who prefer to spread the cost of their purchase over time.


Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 7 working days, depending on product availability and delivery location.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs vary based on the size of the product and the delivery destination. Please contact us to receive an accurate quote for your order.

Returns and Exchanges

To return a product, please contact us to receive the return instructions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping or transportation costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for high-value items.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.

  • A 27% deduction from the invoice total (including delivery costs) will apply for handling and restocking.

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to management approval and must meet return conditions.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@timberoakfloors.com.au.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Refund Conditions

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • It may take 3 to 7 working days, or longer depending on your financial institution, for the refund to appear.

  • Refunds are not offered after 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • A 27% deduction will apply to all refunds for re-handling and restocking.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you do not receive your refund within 15 days of approval, please contact us at info@timberoakfloors.com.au to check the status.
